You have been to Jost van Dyke and Willy T. and are looking for something new? How about Cooper Island? After passing Norman, Peter and Salt island, you will arrive at Cooper Island.

It is a small, isolated and charming island. It hosts a small, eco-friendly (75% of their power is solar generated), beautiful resort which has just undergone major renovations. There is great fresh food, awesome cocktails, a beautiful beach and good snorkeling. There are even some tables in the water.

Snorkeling on your BVI Day Trip

There are some excellent snorkeling spots on the way to Cooper Island, for example the famous Caves and Indians, but our experienced captains can also drop you off at some lessor known or secret spots which are less crowded. On the way back we can stop at Tektike a great spot on the South Shore of St. John that can only be reached by boat.

Shopping at Cooper Island

For the ladies there is also some shopping at Sea Grape Boutique. The new boutique has 900sq.ft devoted to beach fashion, jewelry, artwork, gifts, toys and essential sundries. Current international brands include: BECK Jewelry, Hat Attack, Mark Thomas Taylor, Havianas, Charles Albert, Hanky Panky, Dancing Leopard, Hiho and Sunuva.

They also believe in ‘buying local’ and like to support the talented craftsmen and artists that we have here in the Virgin Islands. Take a taste of the Caribbean home with you with local herbs & spices, recycled glass from Green VI, or handmade home décor.
